Let's say for arguments sake that evil is merely the opposite of good, clean and wholesome. Given that then it leaves room for evil to exist at many different levels.
There is lazy, greedy evil such as the kind of person who lives their life at the expense of others. If they spent the same effort at self improvement and motivation they wouldn't need to mooch yet they are a little bit inherently evil so they prefer to use others.
333, only half evil.
Then there is serial killer evil. That one is self explanatory.
And then there is the kind of quasi evil that women use in clubs to get free drinks from suckers. A little flirt, a hint of a smile and you've manipulated some poor bastard into thinking that he can get you drunk. That's kind of a two evils offsetting each other thing though.
Using others to achieve personal gain is pretty much a fact of life for most people. In some way, shape or form we've all got a little evil in us.
