I don't know much about Tortugas but this one looks kinda wet to me...

ETA: I think the wet ones are only dry at low tide or some such.....

Hey! I know that place... Nevada Barr used it as a location in Flashback. I love her Anna Pigeon mystery series. Each book is set in a different National Park and the main character is a Native American park ranger named Anna Pigeon.

In addition to it being a beautiful place, I just like the word "Tortugas":
