Well, the only reason why I suggested was to get him to not use words such as "shy" as a means of garnering sympathy.

ick, I hate pity, not what I'm after.

It's just how it is coming out. I used to do the same and looking back on it, I hate it. But sometimes I still do it.

Jesus Christ dude, just have a fucking beer.

And a shot.

Take the shot first.

but most of all I'm not interested in having a plethora of friends.

Now, as for getting involved in the BDSM community, I've hunted around a bit for one in kamloops, perhaps I should start looking a bit more, I am interested in possibly getting involved in that...

Me neither. I have a few really close friends, a few more sorta close friends and some aquaintences. And yes y ou should on the clubs. It's kinda fun in a seasicky sorta way.

I somehow doubt that there's a fetish club in our town, and there's probably some local groups but I've never heard of em, I should probably do some hunting again.

Marquis, the Bacchaus of BDSM, corruptor (or, in Aeroil's case, attempted corruptor) of virtuous tetotaling youth. Too funny!

LOL, I know you do. I just think it's funny the way Marquis is doing this "Have a DRINK little boy?" tempter thing with you.

I don't know... Aeroil's never inspired a "hey little boi, want a drink?" moment for me, more like "Hey little boy, want a cookie?"

I think you should all get off Aeroil's back. :)

Like he said, not everyone is interested in having a plethora of friends. I have a large social life now, but I remember being much more withdrawn in high school and being perfectly happy with that. People change, and even if they DON'T, it's not necessary for everyone to hunger after immense social experiences.

Aeroil, I think you have a great sense of humor and you're bound to find kindred spirits at some munches.

Personally, I'm glad to see you standing up for yourself in this thread. Everyone who's harping on you about being pusillanimous should just take a look at the fact that you aren't letting THEM push you around.

I gotta say that I agree. It takes all kinds to make a world, and their's nothing wrong with being introverted, anymore than their's anything wrong with being an extrovert. If we were all alike that'd be boring.

Frankly, I wish I was a bit more introverted. Then I wouldn't need to be around people. As a rule I don't like people very much, but when I'm alone too long I get a bit stir crazy.

hehehe, thanks Grace :).
If an argument is about whether objects fall up or down, one person can't beat five no matter what, allies are nice.

So long as nobody has cast any spells on them....

Good answer, lol. I suppose "spells" apply also to those little bits of green leaf or sticky golden powder that some, er, wizards are known to cast into the batter before baking?
