Dreaming of my AV... and could use help

Hi everyone.
As of this post I have a meager 26 (well, 27 by now I guess) posts on the BBs but I have been thinking about what my AV should be. Since I don't think I will be posting a picture of myself, I wanted to know if you had any suggestions for good sources for pictures. Obviously there are unlimited choices on the internet but how do I know if something is copyrighted or inappropriate for me to use as an avatar?

If you have any ideas, or good places to look, it would be much appreciated...
