That was actually a pretty good piece of journalism. Sad to hear the news though; nothing beats beaches, beer, and breasts. I mean the three live in the same neighborhood of our dictionary for a reason!

Ha, well written article. True, topless hasn't been much in vogue in a while. Far as I know, it's not forbidden in that many places, but neither is it very popular. I think fear of cancers killed the popularity more than the other factors the author lists.
