Appearance: Long blond hair, blue eyes, light skin.

Bio: Android 18 is the twin sister of Android 17. Created by Dr. Gero, they are an awesome fighting due. 18 tends to take life critically, and often comes into contrast with her brother's adventerous nature. With a nearly limitless supply of energy, she's able to increase her speed and strength at will.

What is the basic plot? When does the story take place, during the series or after?

Since the androids are a playable character, the thread takes place after their release. But other than that, it doesn't follow much of a plot. For instance, depending on how the others interact with 18, she might be good/bad.
