Tried out my new rude-boy prostate massager - pretty much leapt aboard once I got it out the packaging!

However the excitement sorta got killed when I pulled it out my bum hole to reposition and saw (and smelt) that it had residual poop on the end. Gross.

I had a condom on it so it was easy to keep it clean but seeing the poop just put me off. :(

Now I don't feeling like douching everytime I want to use it so the next option is gonna be upping the fibre in my diet.

I eat 4/5 fruit and veg per day so my diet isn't too bad. Does anyone have any ideas for things to add-in that might bulk things up a bit and so avoid the soft-poop rectal residue. (and eat more healthily of course ;-) ).

I was thinking of switching from white to brown bread for a start. I'm not a great fan of bran flakes.

Any other suggestions?

Switch from refined products to whole foods, including whole grains.

Eat unprocessed brown rice, instead of white.

Have whole oatmeal or another whole grain cereal for breakfast, instead of refined cereal or toast. There are also recipes for some awesome, fiber-rich muffins and quick breads out there, so give some of those a try for some variety.

Switch to high quality, whole grain bread (read the ingredients and avoid "enriched flour" and the like).

Eat whole wheat/grain or brown rice pasta, instead of pasta made with white flour.

Avoid eating sugary and fatty snacks, like chips, on a regular basis.

Pay attention to the fiber contents of the foods you buy. Even with granola bars and the like, there are usually plenty of higher-fiber, whole grain options. Dairy products can also be a culprit for some people, so if you consume a lot of them, you might try cutting back and/or switching to things like yogurt with active cultures.

Also, drink plenty of water. How much that is depends on your body, but most people are perpetually dehydrated. You might start with 1.5-2 quarts/day and see how you feel. Remember that you'll likely need more if you drink caffeinated, alcoholic or sugary beverages, since they dehydrate you (which affects your digestive system/poop).

If making these changes alone doesn't work for you, you might try something like Benefiber or fiber tablets. Fiber supplements are fine, but they really should be used in conjunction with a healthy diet, not as a substitute for getting more dietary fiber.

I think you're right to make internal changes prior to considering external solutions, like enemas (which shouldn't be used frequently and can still result in "residue"). If you've had a good bowel movement within hours of anal play and use plenty of lube (though not so much as to dislodge anything - silicone lube seems to work best for us in this regard), you shouldn't have a problem with a mess on a regular basis. You might get a few specks on the condom, especially with more vigorous play, but that's no big deal.
 
From a practical standpoint, I think you're going to come out with some Hershey kisses no matter what. You're sticking something into the place where poop is made.

I put that in my mind when we do ass play and move on from there. I have some tissue and wet wipes ready. I don't say anything to him. Light a scented candle. He does an enema before we doing more heavy anal play and I still manage to jar something loose most time.

I really don't think there's much you can do to fix it unless you're going to do enemas or something. As some people here know, I love anal play and I've never really experienced much of a difference regardless of what I've eaten in the past couple weeks. It might just be something you'll have to get used to.

Rude Boy review?

Love to hear your opinion of the Rude Boy, Im looking into one,
1st timer, for prostate play, how well does it stay in place? i would like to find a hands off product

I've only used the rude-boy once so far so I can't really give an accurate review but so far so good apart from the poop.

It's a nice size, not too big - if you can get a couple of fingers in then it goes in quite easily and I found it stays in fairly well. It's also fairly quiet as well which goes along with it feeling fairly well made. The bullet vibrator's also pretty good.

In terms of actual stimulation all the reviews are right when they describe all the pre-cum leakage. I didn't find the stimulation of the ol' prostate too satisfying though, but given it was my first time I think it'll need a little bit of practice with positions etc so don't let that put you off.

And the best bit is that it makes a really satisfying pop sound when you pull the bullet vibrator out of the silicone dildo-bit!:D
