That’s so very true. I often found those speaking bs are the loudest. But those who know their own truth don’t need to, they hold it quietly as there’s nothing to prove. The bs inevitably comes out as such eventually.

In my personal life, I just stay away from it and those spreading it. I rather have very few real friends, than be surrounded by many. Makes my life easier.
