That was the strange name I saw on a small van today. 
Their motto is something like: "You got the poop; we scoop." Apparently, the city hired them to clean up dog shit from public areas. Somehow, I can't imagine any person hiring them. I mean, if there is some dog shit left in front of my house, I won't like it, but I will remove it. I'm certainly not going to call some commercial poop scooper.
