Wow, kudos to you GreenEyes, how did you do it? As ma_guy knows, I have A LOT of weight to lose. Once my knee is healed I'm looking forward to getting out there and walking. I have put on so much weight because I can't move around.

As for the spitting, ma_guy, you are one of those skinny people, so I guess a little bit sprayed in your direction. But for future reference.....not only do I swallow, but I have a great time getting to where I'm rewarded with what to swallow

Well, I had the baby. 9 pounds, lost about 14 more.....


Stayed at 236 for abour 2 1/2 years decided I had enough, Went and spoke to a dietition. Started walking 10-15 miles a week.
Cut my calories to 1500-1800 a day and it all came off in about 9 months

I think the key is the walking. Hopefully that's something I'll be able to do 6 months from now. *crossing fingers*
