I really hate it. I've been waiting for close to two weeks for it.

I'm not angry at the person, but angry at the situation. I can't move on until I get this settled. And can't settle it on my own.

It's like a bruise that won't heal and you keep bumping it.

In general, if someone says they're going to do something I expect they will. If they don't I'm disappointed, maybe hurt even, depending on how important it was to me.

If they do it over and over again, I eventually decide that they have other priorities and I take it with a grain of salt from then on...

Or at least I try to...
