Asteroid XO14, due to fly within 0.021 astronomical units of Earth. It's over 100 meters wide, not a planet killer, but could mess up your day. 50 of these babies fly by a year, they won't know if any one will come down till it happens. Whatta think? Party till you die, or grow an ulser worrying about it?

0.021 astronomical units = 3,141,555 km/ 1,963,472 miles. (1 Astronomical Unit = 149,597,871 km/93,498,669 miles)

So for average people, that's not even a near miss
 
Yeah one AU is huge I think it is the average distance between the Earth and the Sun.
