congress abdicated doing anything of any significance beginning several administrations ago they abdicated that responsibility to the bureaucracy ie the deep state long ago which is why the executive branch has begun to rule by pen and phone

trump tried to do something about that and you saw the reaction by the elements of not just the government bureaucracy but the emergent and powerful entities of social media who have decided to become the gateway and definers of free speech and they have now openly declared war on anyone who would stand in their way

congress should break them up but congress is deeply divided by those who are allied with the deep state elements and those who are afraid of them

the immigration system is mismanaged but declaring openly that you are now going to become friendly to the influx of illegal immigration just invites it in and once here it makes us stronger by depressing wages and increasing the need for business and schools to be forced to become bilingual

it also gives congress an opportunity to do the only thing that it is still interested in doing and that is to spend money on them only pandering for their votes by hook or by crook and once again we see the duality and the divide in that you are either an ally to this invasive force or an enemy of it and it will not vote for its enemies only for more bennies

the new fifteen dollar a wage target will not include them they will still be virtual serfs to big business and the investment class who prefers cheap labor that can be deported on a whim

God people are stupid. Trump gave money to campaign donors to "build a wall". A wall that does nothing. As long as people hire them...their will be illegal immigrants. Hit the pocketbooks of those companies that hire them. No more illegal immigration. Trump did nothing...just like every Administration has done.
