I could write a thesis on this, complete with citations, but almost no one would read it, or care, and it would result in those who are the subject of said thesis being the most vocal about how it's "completely wrong."

Suffice it to say that we all know of at least 1 example of a teen girl acting stupidly and against her own interests. You can explain the what, where, when, who, and how all you wish but the behavior won't change because it's being driven by something other than logic. Progressive Libs are acting exactly the same way. It doesn't matter that it's self destructive, they're going to do it anyway.
 
So lets see, the Ohio national guard is patrolling the streets of Washington DC, armed now.

Perhaps we will soon be hearing chants of "Four Dead in O-HI-O! Four Dead in O-HI-O! Four Dead in O-HI-O!" to greet them?

They have conservative roots. And yes...many conservatives have moved away from the party as a result.
 
Apparently the Chicago Mayor is threatening to riot if Trump sends in the NG to make the city safer.

T'were me, the NG would already be on station as of 6am today and I'd have a pair of handcuffs waiting for Mr. Mayor if the threatened rioting starts. Incitement to riot and fomenting unrest are crimes. As is threatening government personnel.
