When I first started here.. dolly avs were the "thing" (well ok, to a newbie, they looked to be "the thing")

Anyway, I've seen a few on the board again lately...

so my question is.. are Dolly Av's on their way back in? Is this just yet another turn in the "Lit cycle"? Where can I find my very own dolly av? ;)

*ps If you have a dolly av.. don't flame me because I posted this. It's just a question. Not a flame towards you

I just made mine, they are pretty popular on another board that I belong to. Will be interesting to see what happens...

Dollies There is also a webring there where you can find all kinds of dolly sites

Yuck. Dollies are back in fashion? That gives me the willies. Well, disco and platforms keep showing up, so I guess Dollies will too.

I'm with KM on this.. Dolly's give me the willies. They all look so young.. and I guess they don't fit the "Lit image" I have in my head.

My 13 year old daughter has a webpage full of these silly little things. She can sit for hours at the computer on MS Paint and dress them. They remind me alot of paper dolls from when I was younger. Todays virtual paperdolls I guess.. I guess in my mind.. I associate dolly av's with kids.

But like anything else.. fads come and go..

Please don't tell me that the Dolly population is on the upswing.

I thought our forefathers got rid of them all in the Great Dolly War of 2001.

I was gone for the weekend.. I come back online and bam.. I see people with them. I thought maybe I had missed the "Dolly av meeting".

I never get the memos about meetings..

Ruby, speaking of Av's.. yours are always great. I love them.

I don't get The Pose. If the dollies are customizable, why on earth are 99% of them standing with their heads tilted down and their hands behind their backs?

I hear DCL is customizing one
