Have you ever had sex while there was a dog or cat in the room? Would it bother you to have a pet watching?

LOL! Yes! We have a very curious black lab who has, at times, stuck his nose under the covers to see what "mommy" and "daddy" are up to that looks like so much fun!

We've had to lock him out of the bedroom at times, just for a little privacy. ;)

If we start romping on the bed when the cats are sleeping there, they just look affronted and jump off the bed in search of a less bouncy bed to sleep upon.

To be honest, I actually throw them out before I start anything. Not sure whey, but I can't really enjoy myself with the "kids" watching

A male friend has recounted several times his meeting a femal friends kitten. It involves doggy style sex and her (the kitten) decidint to play with the fascinating danglies between his legs. He finishes the story with the notation that kitten claws are sharp :)

Oh I remember one very funny evening, hubby and I were frantically trying to have a hot, horny, smouldering session of foreplay but the neighbours kept giggling and yelling very, very strange things and barking like dogs...well after that our cat at the time, Charlie, came downstairs and sat watching us from a chiar arm. I couldn't concentrate with his eyes boring into me, so we threw him out for a bit...for him to go and sit onthe window sill and stare in so the curtains got shut....blimey it took a long time to get sexy that night!

BWAHAHAHAH! :D Ouch!

Our dogs are 100 pounds each, so it's a serious issue if they decide to intervene. Fortunately the older one, while expressing curiosity from time to time, also seems baffled and a little concerned that this might be some very unusual sort of dog fight. Now and then we get a cold nose at an unexpected moment, but more often she leaves.

The puppy, on the other hand, doesn't understand the concept of anything ever NOT being a way of playing with the puppy, and if it looks like we're "playing" without her she will stand at the gate emitting ear-piercing yaps and wriggling frantically. Hence, the current carnal invitation of choice is to murmur seductively, "shall I put the dogs in the yard?"

Haven't had the opportunity yet since I got my bunny. (Ladies, the line forms to the left) :D

I imagine he'll freak and spend the rest of the night hiding behind my fridge. That's his standard reaction.

I have four dogs, all indoor pets. While I was married, we had these options:

#1 put them outside and let them fend for themselves (not gonna happen in my lifetime, I am a responsible pet owner).

#2 lock them out of the room and listen to them whine and watch them poke their noses under the door (not very appealing).

#3 let them in the room and deal with the consequences.

The option most frequently chosen was #3 and sometimes the Westies would jump on the bed and watch "up close" as the bigger dogs watched from the sidelines. I think my ex even had a cold wet nose stuck in his crack at one time or another. It was easier just to let them in and hope they would ignore us which is what happened most often.

Ah, good point. I probably should have added that we have a yard fenced 6 feet high.

My cat sticks with me like glue. She just hangs out on the other side of the bed when I'm having sex, and we need the whole bed, she jumps down and waits. She's been with me through two homebirths as well and waits for me while I shower.

Doesn't bother me. And if it bothers my partner, well, that's kind of a strike againt him/her.

My cat sits in the window and glares at me when I have sex. It doesn't bother me all that much (though it was uncomfortable for J when she decided to march over his back while we were in the missionary position).

For some weird reason, it's much harder for me to masturbate with her watching..? :cattail:

Nope. It would bother me, however, if it wanted to participate.

I do admit to flipping the family photos around, though.

And yet you appear to be on very familiar terms with that duck.

Kitties go out. Door is locked.

The cats have the rest of the house in which to roam about. They'll manage.

And when we open the door after to let them back in they are usually waiting. They walk in slowly, sniffing the air a bit, almost accusingly. Brats.

"I KNOW what you're doing in here, and honestly, I think it's disgusting!" :catroar:

Well, that's only because (thanks to the vet) they no longer possess the capacity.

In college it seemed like every girl had some big dog who would sit there and whine while we tried to get it on.

I love dogs, but there's nothing quite as anti-erotic as a dog. Even lizards are better. I think these girls were trying to send a signal.

The watching thing does not bother me, it is when they throw a pan of water on us.

My cat's have seen things they shouldn't have. I'm not really bothered though, they are gay.

I've always thought i screwed them up by thinking that one of them were female when he was a kitten, and gave him a girls name, but now that you mention it...

:D :catroar:
