Hi all,

I'm a newbie here, but I've got a question for the ladies.

My wife has a hang up with the doggy style position. At one point she saw a movie with graphic rape scene using that position. She says the few times we've tried it, that scene just keeps popping into her head.

I realize there's probably not a lot of advice you can give relative to that. However, she also asks why I think that position would be desireable. I've tried to explain it, but naturally was more oriented to my experience.

So, I'm curious if some of you can tell me what it is you love about doggy style? What makes it feel different from missonary or on top? How is it better or worse?

Have you tried doing it by laying on your sides with you behind her? That would give you some of the feel of doggie style without being exactly the same. She may be able to relax in that way.Then when she gets used to that and realizes that it feels good, you can try doing it on all fours again.

First thing is, your wife needs to realize that rape can happen in ANY position, and that tv is mainly fiction. You may want to go a little deeper than the idea that she can't get the images out of her head when you do it from behind like that. Sounds to me like there's more to it than something she saw on tv.

As to why I like it?
