Nope, but we have something called housing benefit here, it states that you don't have to pay more than a certain amount of ya wages for rent... his wage is just over what he'd get on state benefit ( dole ) so he gets full housin benefit... means he only has to worry bout electric, gas, food and clothes
Sounds like a fair deal. Of course, I recall your comments on what it costs to keep him supplied with food....
