Actually due to HGV regs over here drivers of Heavy Goods Vehicles have to stop for regular breaks and are allowed only a certain amount of driving time in a day so, lots DO have those cute li'l bunks in the back of their cabs and I can tell you that they frequently take more than one person too!!
