Does "The Network" allow access to Literotica?

I'm determined to get Broadband service before the end of the year, but I don't want to sign on for two years and not be able to access my favorite site. Does anyone know if Verizon allows access to Literotica and how do I find out without sounding like a perv?

Are you behind a router?

EDIT: Hang on, are you using dial-up as a connection?

Sadly, yes; hence my desire for a faster internet experience!

Ask if they restrict access to ANY sites for any reason. I don't believe they do, because I've seen several people mention accessing Lit's "mobile" pages through their Verizon cellphones.

Easy: Tell them you're a perv, and you like to read porn. They'll give you access, if they DO restrict for any reason, and you can get on here. Problem solved.

What do you care if Verizon knows that you get on Lit?

I don't think ISPs restrict access to legal sites. Or any sites that I can think of but certainly not legal ones.

You can come here they do not restrict this site nor does time warner cable and they have faster service ( road runner)

My buddy has comcast cable internet and i was able to get on lit at his house. I have only been restricted by aol on some sites due to it beingt a supposed known phising site or some BS. I really dont know why i use aol anymore. Nothing seems compatible, stuff is down for upgrades all the time, i get used to one version finally and theres 2 new ones out already.....

I wasn't actually referring to Lit, even though that was the primary question. Just thought it pertinent info.

I have their DSL. Has never been an issue here nor anywhere else I wanted to go. BTW, not that their installation CD is inherently evil, but I called and got a manual installation. I don't want all their aol crap and what not on my computer and I also kept all my stand alone firewall and anti-virus which works quite well thank you. I hope that helps.

I had no problem 6 months ago using Verizon DSL in Buffalo, but I now use another ISP for completely different reasons.

I have Verizon DSL, I do not have any problems getting to Literotica or any other porn site.

I know this has already been answered, but it's important to note that no major carriers in the US currently have a blocklist of sites - unless it's a service aimed at children and families and advertised as having such a blocklist.

Can they block things if they want? Absolutely.

Will they? Probably not - it's not in their interests to do such a thing.
