Does the lit board cause insomnia?, it seems that way sometimes. I have trouble sleeping so I come in here to see whats going on & the next thing I know 2-3 hours have gone by. Or maybe it's located in a time-warp....your thoughts

Nope, but I normally keep odd hours. When I get too tired to stay awake while I'm at Lit, I know it's time for bed.

Brat! I like our West Coast hours! Besides, you and I and Chief have kept some pretty odd hours lately.
If I can't sleep......I'll come here. Sometimes it's like checking email, curious who's around and what's going on.

It may not cause insomnia, but something prevents me from breaking away from the threads long enough to get any sleep! Usually reading a book will cause me to feel drowsy on nights like these, but I'm still awake many hours past the time I should have been in bed. Wish it were a time-warp "energizer" since I'm exhausted when I finally do shut down!

Lit doesn't cause insomnia for me. I have had it for years. Luckliy for me it is off and on.

Nope..... this board doesn't cause insomnia because if it did then I would be here all the time, except when I am working that is. If I can't see straight when I'm posting I know it is time to sleep.
