That's absolutely mind-boggling. With all the pressure about size, I don't understand why would a man be OK with reducing!

Yes entirely possible!! I have been keyholder for a gurl that has had to downsize cages. She's been wearing one Id say about an average of 4 days a week for 2+ years, and she's gone from a solid 6.5 down into the 5-ish zone over the last 18mos or so...
