Does it bother anyone else?

Yeah I see it sometimes, but not to the extremes you're talking about. Not all women who date black men do that. I don't! I'm still me....little miss Asian/Latina/American :) I do braid my hair at times, but that's cuz I like it and it looks good on me ;) Plus I don't talk any different than I normally do. I've always talked this way. My philosophy is this: If a black man wanted to date a black woman, he'd be with one. I don't need to "become" black for him to like me. If he likes me, it's because I'm who I am....and not something else. So I don't try to be what I'm not. And I think you're just noticing all the ppl who are. Trust me, there are PLENTY of ppl who can be themselves while dating another race.

Still Me,

CBM-It's no different than calling yourself Black instead of Nigerian or Algerian etc. People with mixed background who are held to be of a specific skin tone are everywhere.

If you want to pick a fight, come out and do it. Don't pussy foot around.

Pick a fight? What are you on about. I was pointing out that caucasian doesn't mean White. It has a very specific meaning relating to the people and languages of Caucasus mountains. How in the fuck you could construe that with picking a fight is a mystery to me.

If a Russian says "The problem with Moscow is that there are too many Caucasians living here," he's not talking about White people.
