Does creatine ever expire?

Ive had this bottle of creatine in here for about 2 years now. I used to use it, but stopped. Now im thinkin about usin it again, but im not sure if will still work since its 2 years old. Is it still good?

i dont know what it is but just a general warning out of date pills that are expired can be extreamely harmful so if you have any doubts dont take them

Creatine isn't the best thing for your body anyways, so I can't imagine that a 2 year old bottle would be o.k. If I were you I would err on the side of caution and not use it. Just go buy another bottle if you want to use it that bad.

The kind that comes in a poweder form in protein shakes does have an experation date so the pills would too.

That stuff can also cause liver and muscle damage if it is over used.

Craetine will expire after a certain time. Just toss that bottle and get you some more.
