Does anyone take cold showers?

I always finish my shower by turning the water full cold. Summer or winter. I like it when it's especially cold. I feel so warm and tingly when I'm done. In the rare times when I don't do it now, I feel kinda gross.

Nothing to do with sexual arousal one way or another.
