where I can find a new riding crop? My friend took my old one a while ago and lost it :(

Also, where can I get a ringed collar?

Here's where I got our crop.... State Line Tack

There are a number of good online stores for getting a collar, just depends on how much you want to spend and where you want to buy it from. I have several online stores in my fav's that sell them or you could just do a google search.

The riding crops in the adult stores around here are around $40.00. So I went to our local feed shop, ( They sell farm equipment and supplies for farm animals) and got one just like the ones in the adult stores for $7.00. I don't know where you live so I don't know if you have a local feed store, but it's a great bargain.

At the time I bought ours, I didn't have a local feed store to go to.... but I do now! :D Totally agree that for crops and such as that I'll never buy through an adult store again, hence my link to an online "feed store" for the crop reference above. Only $4.99 for that crop, and well worth it! I've had that one for going on 4 years now and it still works quite well! ;)

Yes! As a horse person, I have to say, the tack/feed store crops are way better than the more expensive ones that adult stores sell. My crop--which is really a jumping bat, but I like bats more than crops because they make a better popping noise :)--was $5.00 at the local feed store. They sell an identical one online in the adult stores for, like, $30. You can buy very nice jumping bats and riding crops (and dressage whips and so on) for $30; the equivalent to those in the adult stores are in the $60 range.

Dixicritter, State Line is a great place for tack. It's an even better place now that they're going out of business because they have some super clearance sales on their stuff. Don't worry, though. PetSmart is selling their part in State Line, but it's being bought by someone else. They'll build their inventory back up again and sell it at full price, LOL. It's a great place to shop anytime but it's even better while the sale's on! :D

(As an aside, you'd be amazed at the number of horsey things that can be perverted into kinky usage. )

Oops! Dummy me. I didn't follow the link..lol.

BiBunny... Did you say "on sale"?? :D Those are my two most favorite words when it comes to toy purchasing.

nh23... Don't worry about it. If ya check back on some of my posts you'll find I'm all about BDSM on a budget. LOL. I have even made some toys to keep from paying the high prices the adult stores want to charge. ;)

I got a nice crop from TSC (tractor supply co) AND a nice one this past saturday from Hustler. Its a nice "whippy" one, and was just $15, and is well-made.

Tractor Supply is another good source of inexpensive tack. :)

And, yes, dixicritter, I did say sale! :D I don't know if crops or anything like that is on sale because I haven't looked around much lately, but I do know they're doing a major close-out clearance sale.

I went to Oregon Leather and bought half a dozen crops for under $8 each, then took them to a bdsm swap meet and traded them for paddles! WOO!
