What if I wanted to see his dangling junk, or at least the impression of it through gossamer-thin fabrics? I'm getting kinda fed-up with the straight cis male gender-centric vision of game programming and design!

God, Everquest was the worst at that. Those are the default bits of clothing for when you are naked. The Dark Elves females had a red and gold bikini, the wood elves had a green satin teddy.
Dead guys just had robes and pants and everything.
