How do I change the "saying" under my name?

Here is an example...

I was told once that you had to have 1000 posts and then a new option would appear that would allow me to personalize my profile with a custome message. Now that I am over 1000 posts, I dont see that option. Am I missing something?

Just sign back in again and the option will be re-set. You'll see an option for your title change in your profile edit.

It's the second option under Edit Profile. First is edit email address, then "edit user title".
