Heya,

Okay so a lot of times I'm trying to refresh a page, or open an email, and I'm getting this error message. "Document contains no data." It's really freakin' annoying, especially when I KNOW there's something there. Like trying to open a thread, and I get that message. Then I try again three seconds later and it works. I had to restart my computer earlier today, which is a first, 'cause I tried to open a webpage and an email at the same time and that note came up and froze everything.

What is this? Is it some sort of spyware? Is it an actual issue? This has only been occuring for about two weeks.

I have had this problem in the past when using the Mozilla or Firefox browsers. Here is a link to a support article from Mozilla on document contains no data in case you are encountering this problem with a Mozilla browser.

Good luck.

I use FF and have had the same problem, but only on occasion, not enough that I even thought it was a real problem, but maybe there's something to fix:confused:

Used to happen....

Yeah, I'm using Firefox. Thanks ^^

I used to have this problem occasionally a version or two ago, but it hasn't happened since I upgraded to 1.5. You apparently can't get this version through the automatic update, or at least, I've never seen it suggest it. You have to go back to mozilla.org and download it.

Give it a shot, and let us know if it fixes it.
