I generally like some sort of interaction... so porn isn't going to cut it for me. It may get me fantasizing, but getting me there generally not. Definitely interaction. During a chat with someone I really know and hit it off with. Chatting or even being with someone I don’t know is not that stimulating. I really need to know someone and be comfortable with them. I enjoy flirting and having fun, but intimacy, even virtual is different for me.

In some ways they'd be the same but I've noticed that a lot of people who talk more on the internet are quiet in person and vica versa. Some people will talk your ear off in person but barely say anything online.

I’m definitely more reserved initially in person. I think that’s why it takes me time to develop trust and a relationship. I’ve met a few people irl and online and all of them were good experiences. I think I got to know them well enough that we both were who the other expected. There certainly are plenty whose reality probably diverges materially from what you see here. I’ve only had one really bad experience and learned some lessons from that.

No. Tried that on other forums and it just made the threads more confusing.. I usually just ignore mentally if necessary.
