I dont find them personally attractive most of the time (but do think the heart shaped areolas are kinda cool...even if most people call them heart shaped nipples). That being said I don't find them to be ugly or a reason why I would not be attracted to the person. I love that people are so open in their expression of what they like and that is attractive.
