I responded with 6 times a week but I often manage 7 times... figured I would err on the side of caution. *Smile*

:)

Hi Blue!

I chose 4 times a week...not as fanatic as I used to be, but I'll always enjoy the adrenalin rush after an intense workout

Full of questions tonight aren't we?

How do you definie working out?

Smartass! :p Yes, I'm full of something tonight...not sure what it is though.

Definitions are different for everyone. I tend to lean toward hyper-sensitive so what I consider safe and what someone else does could be two very different things.

I put 4 even though sometimes i go more then that and sometimes less, but that is a good average. Although sometimes i would call the sexcapades/marathons me and the gf have as a workout that can rival any weight room regiment.

Does watching exercise videos count? :) Kidding!

I chose 7 since I do some sort of exercise or sport everyday.

(Well, except during certain times of the month, then I take one or two days off!) :)

And you didn't even answer my question. Tch tch :D

Working out = breaking a sweat, getting your heartrate up for at least 20 minutes in one session.

:p

I try.....

to do 1 hour of kickboxing daily, however being the mom of a 3 1/2 year old I stay active and never feel guilty if I miss a day or two!

wow, fit bastards arent we, shouldnt be any flabby stomachs on parade when the lit hits lasvegas in february

I've been slacking off badly lately. For the past two years it was 5 or 6 X a week. About two months ago I slipped to 4, then 3, then once a week. Now I'm getting back on track to 5 days. Guilt can be a positive!

i go to the gym and lift and swim laps 2x a week... 2x a week i take my kids and chase them around the pool for a couple hours. i ride almost everyday, and foxhunt 2x a week. the foxhunt and kid chasing always FEELS like more of a workout than lifting.

i also move hay bales, clean stalls, lug laundry baskets... who needs a personal trainer? :D
