yes,,, i went in the winter time... because you can appreicate it more. i watched the sea gulls fly down and catch the fishes. i always thought they were so free. i remeber looking at them and thinking i want to be that free with life.

tomorrow is going to my sisters to meet the sprinkler guys to fix that pump & look at the water softner thingy.

Paperbark Smoked Oysters with Parsley, Oregano & Lemon dressing ·

36 oysters
100g parsley
50g oregano
15ml macadamia nut oil
Trace outback salt
Trace Worcestshire
½ lemon ( juiced )
¼ paperbark roll

Finely chop the parsley and oregano, then combine with macadamia nut oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire & outback salt to taste.

Cut Paperbark Roll into small pieces (for smoking), place into a large baking tray with cleaned oysters & cover with aluminum foil. Place tray onto open flames until smoked (5-8 mins.).

Serve with a little dressing in each oyster.
