Yes and they are good. Bake on aluminum pan or foil covered, dark pans will cause burning. Don't overdue the oil, less is better, preferably EVOO. Beans will look shriveled when finished.

Flour your cake pans? NOT! Use sugar instead. Doesn't clump up and leave a floury film on the cake, spreads easier. Plus leaves a better tasting coating on the cake. :cool:

You are Welcome...all these recipes are good.....I've done them all except the venision and my Brother does that. Most are good to cook while camping too. :)

I made banana bread last week. Not from the recipe Bear posted, but an old one I had.

Try the strawberry bread.....I'd rather not cook this banana..... ;) Getting ready to take in June for at least 2 months of camping....Do you have a tent?.... :D

Pass it on when you get a chance...happen to have mashed up banana's in the freezer as well...sometimes I gotta wonder why I have all this stuff :rolleyes:

No hurry...and any insite as to how to keep it from burning would be nice as well...my banana bread always seems to burn before it's totally cooked :eek:

Try an Aluminum pan and line it with Parchment Paper..... :)
