My poems and stories are very personal and I am not here to fall in love or make anyone fall for me, thou I have, and it hurts like a kick to the balls when it's not reciprocated.

So you can believe me when I say, I wear my heart on my sleeve. It is big and scarred and I know it will be stomped again, but I offer my passions (in whatever form that is needed) to those who appreciate it.....that is the risk I take for being out here.

Sorry to hear your ex is such an asshat, Mrs. H. After reading what you said, this song came to mind. Like my sig line states, the Truth of the heart, gives purpose to the deed, makes all the difference in the words and actions made by someone.

Giving your heart to someone and trusting them with it is extremely difficult, even if you haven't been hurt before. Trusting again is always clouded by the past and a broad sweep of the hand casts the same doubt on everyone, before they can prove their worth to hold your heart.

I'm still not over the pain and suffering my ex wants to continue inflicting on me after 15 yrs. She has cast more doubt in my mind about ever finding true love, that I gave up thinking I would have it again. It wasn't until two incredible women came into my life and changed that.

Both of these women knew there was someone other than the heathen highlander in me. It didn't take but a dozen PM's and IM's to know we were made for each other. Not a day has passed since, that we regret or doubt what we are getting into. The comfort of knowing that two people are there for you at any time and want only the best for each other is more than anyone could ask for, but we have it.

One thing that was similar between us all at the start, was that none of us were looking for love. Fate just threw us together and said if you really want love, here it is. The time has flown by and we don't look back at the pain, hurt, lies, cheating and all the things that have happened to us all and only look forward to what we share.

Love is never easy and always a chance to take. Respect and Trust must exist completely, or a jeopardy of doubt will always foreshadow the relationship.

I thank my Angels every day for letting me be a part of their lives. They thank me for being a part of mine. I love my Ladies with all my heart and give it to them freely to hold, as they give me theirs.

One day Fate will play a hand with you and give you what you seek. Shall it be clear, or cast in clouds? Only your heart can answer.
