When I was in my teens and 20s, older. My wife is 9 years older than me and we met when I was 18.

Now that I'm 60+ I prefer women who are younger... but that's primarily because younger women are attracted to me because of my confidence and experience versus my looks. Also they are less shy about expressing their interest and highly appreciative of the attention of a man that's attracted to them for the total picture of who they are.

Older women are still attractive but aren't as free with their admiration or expressions of interest... in my experience.
