30ish year age gap. As early as 40 years. Oldest I would go is 60 years

I'm 43. I feel like a massive creepy old man when I fancy younger women, but I can't help it. Often at work they seem to be the ones I can have actually interesting conversations with. Doesn't help that mentally I still only feel I'm in my 20s, and I often forget we're not the same generation. I'm not exactly decrepit either, still have all my hair and only going grey in some places.

By younger I mean 24/25. In the highly unlikely situation of an 18 year old being attracted to me, I'd be a damn liar if I said I wouldn't respond. I'd just avoid ever meeting her parents.
