The remedy: congress needs to pass legislation clarifying section 1983 that when government actors at all levels are held accountable and liable when violating someone's federally protected rights. Without QI I believe recruitment for highly qualified personnel would suffer greatly.

As someone who is physically unable to carry a child to term and would probably die in the attempt, no, I dont feel like my body belongs to me. I can conceive, but the mortality rate for the mother is around 80%. The pregnancynhas a very high chance of becoming ectopic. My placenta will likely attatch itself too deeply to my uterus and cause massive hemmorages. The fetus would more than likely die in útero. If not, it dies shortly after the pre-term emergency csection that i will likely need.
