Manipulation of the nipples/breasts causes or enhances sexual arousal in approximately 82% of young women and 52% of young men with only 7–8% reporting that it decreased their arousal.

Not exactly the numbers I would have cited off the cuff, but curious.
I wonder what causes this to be sexually arousing? Obviously the way it feels contributes. But does it feel differently to different folk? Is that difference in feeling gendered, or is that gap just cultural or tied to expectations?
What about you personally? Do you enjoy this flavor or attention? What would you contribute that enjoyment, or lack thereof, to?
Personally, it doesn't do anything for me. It just feels strange and serves as a distraction from what I do find exciting and enjoyable.
The only women who has expressed zero interest in such things, whilst busy enjoying my attention otherwise made it quite clear that her large teen breasts garnered inordinate attention no matter what and she just wasn't interested in encouraging more.
So, while in the abstract I can imagine it being culturally influenced. Personal experience leaves me thinking this is about what feels good. Yet, its also well known that a lot of this is less embodied and more mental and emotional.
