Yes that's pretty much the same for me. On the odd occasion I have got very light headed and a couple of times I have passed out momentarily but Master is more proficient these days. I would feel uncomfortable about a rope around my neck, I think there is more potential for damage if it becomes too tight.

I also have the same experience if Master is face-fucking me. My opportunity to breathe is limited and when he's in my throat I cannot breathe at all. Again, he does have to monitor me closely but we both really enjoy it.
