You-know-who's (let's refer to her as that for the time being) sextape is/was probably saved to her hard drive and was never uploaded to the internet. Or it could have been a live webcam stream, who knows..

The person she made it with might also have a copy.

You-know-who worked very hard for the career she has now and likely isn't dumb enough to upload something like that to a place as insecure as the internet knowing that it could utterly ruin her if someone found it.
