marinades are fun...you can put almost anything in them and it works. Of course if it comes out great you can never reproduce them

Once had bacon and egg ice cream at a fancy resataurant - it was delicious - dont know how they did it !

Ingredients I use myself -

well mix wild berries in a sauce to go with certain meats

I make a nice big salad of leaves, etc and then finish it with a poached egg on top - lovely

cashew nuts in a stir fry
