It looks like drinking coffee makes your body used to it, so when you forget to drink it, your body will response with a negative estimule, making you drowsy for the rest of the day.

So the question is, do you drink coffee everyday? and if so, how many times?

Every. Single. Day. Sometimes up to two, three times when I'm at work. I work in retail and have gotten to the point to where I can't function without it. I need it to help me pretend that I care about the customers and actually want to help them.

Absolutely!

I buy "high test" from a local roaster, in whole bean form, then grind it fresh and run it through a french press. I love the kick in the morning. Two large cups, and I am good for the day.

i haven't had any coffee in over a year.

maybe two.

seriously. i haven't had tea in a bit either, but just a few months there.

i prefer my caffeine cold.

about 2 cups per day during the week, little less in the weekend.

electric mug warmers are damn near teh greatest thing ever.

and if you think drowsiness sucks just wait for the withdrawal headaches to kick in.

Yes! At least two large cups in the morning and another mid-afternoon if I'm at work. At home, I'll brew a pot and drink on it all day long.

Wake up: make a cup of tea. Get to the office: a small (12-oz) coffee. I keep "elevenses", so a second coffee then. Sometime another tea at four (or iced coffee in the dog days).

Rarely coffee on the weekend unless it's out. I'm on my third cup of tea now.

I very rarely drink any caffeine. It makes me nauseous and physically jittery for hours.

oddly enough, i don't drink coffee for the caffeine.
i just enjoy sipping a hot beverage. i usually get a mocha, or use mocha flavored creamer

unless it's literally all sugar and cream, my tum can't handle it. Or if I've had a significant meal that includes protein and starch BEFORE I started drinking the coffee.

No.

While working I'll get a decaff at coffee break but when the season's over I'll go back to drinking water out of the tap.
