I suppose sometimes they do.
For example, the picture below is a woman that was arrested for drinking and driving.
She led them on a high speed chase, but her car was eventually stopped by a "spike stick" placed on the road.
The police told her to get out of the car, kneel down, then put her hands on the top of her head.
The arresting police officer calls on the radio, "Hey Guys, I got a hot one. She is really cute. You have to see this."
Within just a few minutes dozens of other officers arrive, including the Captain.
They all take pictures of the woman with their personal cameras, then one of the police officers says, "Hey, we forgot to read the Miranda Warning to her! If we don't do that right away, we won't be able to hold her in Jail for thirty days!'
The Captain steps forward and says:
"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to be speak to an attorney, and to have an attorney present during any questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be provided for you at government expense."
All of the police officers laugh then take a few more pictures.
