Please try to be patient with him. He is frustrated by something which (I assume?) you've never had to deal with.

You have to remember, the majority of us have never received a PM from Laurel. It's cool that you have, (and I believe you when you say that she's kind and supportive) but surely you can understand the frustration of feeling like your requests for help are falling on deaf ears.

(To exasperate the issue: I don't think that English is Gary's first language. I could be wrong, but I think I read that somewhere)
