Do haters bomb extramarital sex if it's posted in other categories than LW?

Anyone who ever posted a LW story where a wife has sex with another man than her wife (with or without his blessing) surely have felt how sensitive some readers are to this. I did it a while ago, and early on the vote score was below 3, even though it just climbed up to a 4.00 (now I just need 1107 consecutive 5 votes to bring it up to an H). I've just started a story for the winter holiday competition, where a wife has sex with other guys, and I'm wondering if it will get slammed equally hard by voters if I post it in another category. It's not the main part of the plot, so posting it in LW isn't an option, but would it be tactical to remove it?

I do it all the time. Fuck readers who don't like it. They can go read lame erotic poetry. I write to please me and readers who like my style. Fuck those who dont like it.

LW can be harsh. You may well have better luck if you can squeeze your story into another category.

I generally agree, but if I'm to enter a contest, I want to have a realistic chance of doing well.

Unfortunately there are always be one bombers who will hit you no matter what category you place your story in.

Before I pulled all my stories off of here, I had four with wives having extramarital sex, only one comment, actually a thoughtful one. (Edit: none in LW). One red H, one almost, one about 4.3, and the one with the comment, a 4.1. I think hate bombing probably still happens, but to a much lesser extent (unless you have a dedicated stalker who follows you around.)

What categories did you put them in?

My bad, should said that... Not LW.. The low rated one was humor (also, by definition seemingly, very few votes), two erotic couplings, one group sex, each reached 200 votes and up, gradually.

This. You will be one bombed if your story rises above 4.5. It just happens.

That said, if you want to win a contest, I'd recommend some humor, some smoking hot sex with a girl in her 20's, and an absence of contentious topics. At least that's why I'd try if I was entering contests.

It seems accepted in fetish where if authors not looking to poke the trolls is the place they should put their cuck stories.

In group its fine especially because at some point hubby gets involved. I have seen it work in romance in a love triangle or "being driven into the arms of another lover" device.

Lw is the main problem and of course hubby cheating is fine but not the woman. Lw haters do spread to other categories. If an author writes an lw story that pisses them off they will follow them to other categories to troll.

At this point the lw haters have begun to pull this site down in general. Sad the site has done things that actually encourage them.

It depends...if they know you as a LW poster and see you have a new story in Group, they might wander over and give you hell if it's a cheating wife story. I've had it happen...long ago. I have voting and comments turned off on my LW stories now. I really don't care what the dickheads in that category think.

I frequently use infidelity as a theme, and so far nobody has complained. Of course, the few times I put something in LW, nobody complained either, so maybe I'm a weird case. Or maybe the phenomena is blown out of proportions.

My experience is limited: three LW stories that got hit hard, and there was some spill-over in my other stories. I also did a TS/CD story with a woman dominating and feminizing her hubby. That got some one bombs, but they must have got swept and I ended up with scores in 4.28 to 4.36 range for the series. Which is good for me.

But I did get a LOT of hateful comments. I think the comments get you no matter what category you put a dominant woman in, or even a woman who wants equal rights.

Married infidelity abounds in my stories in many categories. Everyone mostly fucks anything that moves. I don't seem to be chased energetically by an anti-fan club, although a couple of regulars splatter me every now and then. Anyway, there's certainly room for and reader acceptance of infidelity in many genres.

Put it in another category, the contest will give it a boost of impartial readers that will counteract any trolling.

Great post. You will now receive several one bombs from the real men.

in reality a man has enough confidence and self esteem and security in who they are to let a woman be in control or to actually treat them like people and to admit whatever kinks they have.

The 'real men' are about as far from men as you can find.

Okay, I have got to find time to read your stories :D

Yup. I remember a comment you made in another post about being careful about discussing LW as it'll attract more trolls. And I'm sure it's true. But I'm a scatterbrain with not much of a filter between thought and fingers or mouth.

As for the 'real men', I agree completely. I can't understand the hatred or fear of women that so many people (and a political party) has. But it surely is there.

My wife recently commented on an article she read about the new Canadian PM who has women filling about half of his cabinet posts. Good for him.
