So there's this guy I've been seeing for a couple of months, and things have been going along nicely. The sex is nice; it's not the worst I've had, it's certainly not the best. He's not an intelligent guy for sure, and I'm probably in it more for the hump than the chump. Judge me not, though; it's very difficult to find tops here, or anywhere else, for that matter.

The thing is, he's got a tub in his bathroom - not a hot tub, just a tub. We've done it in the shower, but now he wants to do it in there. We've always used a condom, but he says that since condoms don't work properly under water anyway, we shouldn't bother using it, and since we both know that we're clean, we shouldn't worry about it anyway. The thing is, though, that I don't know. He's a nice, well educated, married guy. He's told me about his past relationships, and everything looks okay to me. But I'm still not convinced. He doesn't smoke or drink, for example, and there are no red lights as such, but still, I just don't know.

Am I being paranoid? Comments, please !

tell him that even though they might not work properly, you guys are still gonna use one. ;)

The fact that you are concerned in the least bit tells me that you don't KNOW anything for sure when it comes to diseases. Don't be silly. If the condom is on it is working. If you're afraid it's not gonna work sex will suck anyways so don't bother. Use your head.

That's exactly what I did. Actually, In fact, I told him that since the condoms we use already (which are latex) work with water based lubes, it is only logical that they will work under water. In any case, I've decided not to do it if he won't wear one.

That's pretty much what I've been doing all along ;)
