I definitely prefer real over fake, smaller over bigger. But that's not how I would decide if I would have sex with someone. Sure boobs would be one of the first physical attractions. But someone could have real boobs and not be compatible with me at all. If me and the woman in the beginning of the post hit it off. I would definitely have sex with her.

I've had the opportunity and I did not say no. So although I'm not a fan of fake boobs, that's not enough for me to decline if she is attractive to me. The boobs were weird, though.

I prefer natural but I'm certainly not against implants. I do not like the over the top implants that look like perfectly round balls. That is just not appealing to me and can be a turn off like the over the top lip injections.

A big problem is in porn, fake boobs are usually attached to a less than attractive woman. Whereas if you see natural boobs in videos, for me anyway it's often homemade porn and some cute girl next door type, which is preferable to me.
