I've raced lasers a little myself. She's an amazing athlete.

It's a 14' single handed boat (Olympic class) called a Laser. I have sailed one occasionally (and as a youth, one very much like it more than occasionally. It takes a lot of athleticism as well as really good sailing skills to sail it well.
To be so connected to the elements of water and wind with the strength of your body must feel great!
