Oh ok as it's you...gorgeous little house, nice big yard, spacious living room, well set out Kitchen,stencilled butterflies and flowers all upthe stairway (so cute) and mermaids and octupii and waves and sand painted in the bathroom. Nice size room for Beth and a good sized room for mummy and daddy....and two MASSIVE deep cupboards (one up, one down) for all our junk. Great road, close to the park and double glazed.

pretty much perfect for us.

In around 90 minutes I should no something more. I just hope it's a "yes Mrs EL the place is yours...yee haw!"
